You can share any text, image, video or audio digitized collection now on JSTOR, and preserve it in Portico. See this example from Australian National University. Additionally, if you are an institution who is looking for a digital asset management system, or repository to build, catalog and publish your digitized content have a look at Forum. From Shared Collections to Forum to Portico, JSTOR is now able to provide you a seamless solution to build, maintain, showcase, and preserve your content. Last year we launched a new model to give institutions access to the entirety of our journal archive and primary sources. You no longer have to pick and choose which journal collections to subscribe to, because via this model, our entire journal library + primary collections are available as one single collection. If you’re worried about cost, we have priced the content in such a way that you see modest increases year over year, while you have access to the full collection year-round.
