NTK/CzechELib:

• Represents members when negotiating with publishers.
• Deals with public procurement process.
• Signs one contract with publisher on-behalf of members.
• Facilitates single payment (collects payments from members).

However, CzechELib also provides the following services to publishers and distributors of EIRs:

• Basic information about public tenders in the Czech Republic cooperating with CzechELib, or we will redirect you to respective professional advisors.

We will:

• effectively link you to a broad list of our member institutions,
• take care of contracts, payments, invoicing, and provide operating support,
• provide you with relevant information about the member institutions.
