Pilot project SCOAP 3 e-books

SCOAP3 for Books work group has made a list of 78 most useful titles and created a tender for conversion of these books into Open Access (OA). Part of this initiative is also the digitalization of those titles that are not yet in electronic form. First books converted to OA are expected to be available at the beginning of 2021.
Financial commitment to support the SCOAP3 e-books initiative pilot project was accepted by 22 institutions from Czech Republic,
21 of them are member institutions of CzechELib.
