The National Library of Technology is smoothly closing deals with EIR providers for years 2021-2022. The EIR providers are currently presenting their offers to the NLT. The NLT presumes that they will sign all the contracts about securing and enabling the EIRs at the beginning of the year 2021. EIRs will be accessible during the conclusion of the Licence contracts from the 1st of January 2021.
